Price - It is located just min. away from Sunset and Vine. The hotel just put all brand new beds in the rooms.
The hotel is obviously old. They need to do some additional up keeping to keep it looking decent. There is little parking, so make sure to bring your parking skills.

This hotel is min. away from it all. It isn't the best hotel, but if you don't plan on spending much time at the hotel like we did...Then it will do. It is a decent place to lay your head down at night after long days of walking and sight seeing!

Sorry, but I cannot say that I liked anything about this hotel.
The room smelled, there was a hair in the bedding/sheets, a bit of a shady area of LA safety wise.

I would not recommend it. It is old, looks dirty and the rooms smell funky.

Good price, walking distance to where I needed to be for the week-end.
The grounds need some attention, especially around the pool area.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Cozy hotel with clean rooms and breakfast provided. Rooms were on the stark side but that would be expected of a very low budget hotel. When you are on a budget it fits the bill. Bring you own conditioner and shower cap as none is supplied and ask for an iron etc.
