Maybe the best affordable and clean hotel for business traveler near the Los Angeles downtown area. But the breakfast is a joke--only sliced bread, milk, cereal, and milk.I had only 2 twinkies, which were all gone the next day. Very simple hotel for those who come for one night, probably on business or transit from one city to another. Breakfast is included but th breakfast area is usually packed and not exactly clear. I did not hear any noise from other rooms as sometimes happen with low price hotels. Basic, very basic, biggest disappointment, when renting this room it was supposed to come with a parking space, when I checked in I was informed that if I returned "too late" that night parking spaces might be all gone and I would have to park on the street. I will never go back there, the only reason I stayed there was the location which was convenient for my trip and the fact that parking was supposed to be included/guaranteed. ...read more

Clean friendly motel. Centrally located to many areas of Los Angeles.

Very clean, ample room size, in room microwave and refrigerator were great and spotlessly clean. Staff was very helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone who was going to LA and needed to be close to the staples center or the LA convention center just make sure you ask for your phone to be turned on up front.
