I did not like a single thing about this hotel.

No heat in the room, no bed comforter, limited parking, and a closet size lobby.

The Roadway Inn, there are two of them, in Flagstaff, AZ do not match the pictures on. Furthermore, management at these hotels are non-existent to take care of client issues. The sheets on the bed are no thicker than a T-shirt. I do not recommend these motels to anyone for any reason.

It was very clean.

Nothing, it was fine.

Had a good experience. The room was clean. Bathroom was nice, and the bed seemed to be new. Easy check-in and out. Great deal for the money!

The location.

I did not feel that the sheets/ bed was clean due to hair found in the sheets.

This hotel was alright. I liked the paint but the bed sheets and shower curtain didn't seem clean to me. There was no fitted sheet on my bed to the sheets kept coming off and it made me feel uncomfortable. The breakfast advertised was meek. Honey buns and toast. The coffee had run out. I wouldn't stay here again because I know for five more bucks

Hotel staff are great! Really good location near NAU and downtown.

The staff at this hotel were very professional and helpful. You can tell they work really hard to make your stay nice. I was very satisfied with the room, and I got it for a really good deal. It was the perfect place to stay as near to downtown as you can get on a budget.

The rooms were not very clean.

I definitely stayed in better for the price, the rooms seem like there not that clean, the bed was uncomfortable, the windows didn't seem to lock very well, and the breakfast was toast.

Nothing, was totally disappointed, needed an extra day and they wanted 100 a night, was not worth it.

Everything, this place was a dump.

The room was very small, you could not move around without bumping into something, if using the microwave and TV at same time, both would shut off, bed was not very stable, if you sat on one end it would dip almost to the ground, could never connect to the Wi-Fi. This was a total dump, the only redeeming quality is the closeness to the NAU campus. I stayed one more night at a different hotel further from campus, but the quality was 100 times better. ...read more
