The carpets were very dirty.

The carpets were so dirty my child's feet were black just walking from one end of the room to the other. The staff never came in to clean the room during are stay and were not helpful in answering why they didn't clean.

The desk person.
Very noisy, with trains, trucks and planes going
all night long.

If you're going to a hotel for sleep, don't bother, it was the noisiest place
I have ever been too! The staff was great, but that is the only good thing I can say about it.

Extremely noisy.

Had I known that this was across from the railroad tracks I never ever would have booked this hotel. It was noisy. There was a truck stop next door with trucks going and coming all night long. I had a choice of several in this price range - no one in their right mind would knowingly book this at it's location.
