Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rodeway Inn & Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Friendly staff and good breakfast, hotel extremely clean.
The shower head didn't work.

I would definitely stay again. Reasonable rate and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There is Perkins in front.
Dirty, very expensive, old, the employee are very unprofessional.

The hotel is dirty. We have found bugs in the carpet along with hair in the bathroom. The bathroom was plenty of cracks due at the fact that the hotel is old.

Location was good.
Hot tub never worked, inexperienced staff.

Staff could never get hot tub working properly and gave me a wake up call on the first night even though it was for the last night, and I had traveled all day.

Good location off I-90 & next door to good restaurants.
First impression from the outside is it looks cheesy.

Rooms were clean, modern & the bed was very good.

Pillow top beds were very comfortable!
A little noisy as our room was by the stairs.

Overall, this hotel met our expectations. There was a basketball tournament going on and a lot of kids staying there Saturday night, but the quieted down shortly after 10:00. Beds were great, breakfast was OK. Staff was very nice and they had hot drinks and cookies all the time which my kids liked a lot. TV channels were hard to figure out.

We had a suite and it was very comfortable, roomy and loved the pillowtop bed!
Breakfast was lacking in variety.Sturgis Rally weekend so not enough tables provided.

It served our purposes! We were more than satisfied with our stay.

Great mattress on beds. Very comfy.
Breakfast was awful and no where to sit.

The mattress was super comfy and we all slept very well. The breakfast was awful, frozen waffles, small muffins and toast was about it. Also, the hotel was booked and there were only a few tables in the breakfast area to sit.

We appreciated the coin opperated laundry, and complimentary computer and internet in the lobby.
Did not trust the water quality in the hot tub.

This was a nice hotel, and location for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our two nights there were quiet. The complimentary breakfast is minimal, but Perkins is right across the street.
