Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rodeway Inn University/Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 3, 2011

I liked the room. It was nice and clean. The beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were hard and flat. We did not have any hot water. The price was a little high and I would not go back to that hotel.

The motel was conveniently located near downtown as I wanted. I had a few problems with the motel. First, they booked me in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room. Second, the motel advertised that they had HBO as a channel but it didn't work. Finally, at the continental breakfast, the batter for the waffles was too thin and would not cook properly in the waffle iron. It came out raw every time.

I will never stay there again. There were two couples of us at this hotel and the husband of my friend said that he would rather pay more than stay in a place like this again.

I would not stay here again, it was a horrible experience. I was not happy with the room, it had a wierd odor, I told the staff and they said that the roof was just redone, but if you looked at it, there was mold growing in the bathroom ceiling, and the maid had left her dirty cloth in the bath-tub, we tried to switch rooms, but she refused to move us. I will never stay here again. ...

Not fancy, but inexpensive, clean, and very close to the capital.

Ghetto. Period. Also the internet didnt work. It is so close to I-35 and the walls are so thin, I felt like I was a homeless person sleeping under the highway. Needless to say the sleep was not that good. And it was kind of dirty. Sheets were clean though.
