Very classy hotel. The shuttle bus driver seemed happy all the time and always very pleasant. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Very expensive, not as convenient location wise. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There were toothpaste drippings down the front of the sink, there was mold in the shower and there were spots on the floors.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in, to include other WA resorts. Impeccable service all the time and really wonderful experience.

Beautiful, clean, friendly.
Getting gouged for extras, included in much cheaper hotels.

I would rather pay a little more rather than get charged $40 for TV, etc.

The view was great! The rooms were beautiful.
The prices for food and drinks was a little high compared to the rest of the city.

The hotel was beautiful. The view of St. Peters Basilica was amazing!

My three children ages 18, 13 and 9, mother and I loved this hotel. We felt like royalty at a great priceline rate!
It was a little distant from attractions, maybe the hotel should add a few more stop to their shuttle service.
