Hotel Guest Reviews of the Roswell Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 16, 2013

Good location. Staff was helpful. T.V. in room was a disappointment(picture not very good)

It was OK, but the hotel does need a face lift in side.

I think once the hotel is completely renovated it may to be moved to 3 stars! It was comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. The hotel is easy to miss because it sits back on the lot, but if you pay attention to address it's easy! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff appeared to be a family, and it gave it a nice family-friendly vibe. They were also updating the rooms, and we really loved the layout of our room with one king-bed, a couch/living room, and the fact they had pulled the carpet to put in a laminate hard wood floor. Really, who likes hotel carpet? We loved the floors.

We only stayed one night but the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for a double bed room. Room appeared to have ascent renovation which was good. Room had a refrigerator. Hotel was convenient with easy access but was somewhat difficult to locate. There was no hotel sign at the street.

Sheets and bathroom were clean but carpet worn in hotel room - in one place it was even patched. Plumbing all worked despite what others are saying but the bathroom door would not lock - not an issue when traveling by yourself. An exit Hallway was partly filled with doors for renovation.
