Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Awesome staff throughout. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there.
Valet parking is expensive.

Street parking was relatively easy to find.

The rooms were HUGE. Appreciate the coffee in the morning and wine in the evening!

Location.
I didn't care for the decor. Also, the parking was very expensive.

We did enjoy our stay at the Rouge. The rooms very spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor is very loud and not in good taste but that didn't interfere with the main purpose of the stay. Also, the parking is very expensive. It cost of $ 275 to park our car there for a 5 night stay. Also, pets are allowed and we were awakened one morning by a barking dog next door. The service was very good.

The decor was fun and funky, lots of great details like robes and socks, wax lips in the mini bar!
The elevators went out one morning, but were fixed quickly. The bar closed a little early one night.

The room was great for fun and romance, as well as well appointed for business travelers. Lots of really great details and decor that was unique and not traditional hotel fare. Repurposed mid-century cabinet (in orange) for the mini bar and dresser. Funky mismatched lamps throughout the room. Robes and socks and umbrella to borrow. Comfortable seats. Very functional desk with lots of power outlets. Well stocked mini bar with lots of variety (including was lips!). ...read more

Aesthetically pleasing.
Internet was not free! I need Internet for work, but who charges their customers for Internet?

Everything was great, it was very spacious and clean. The only thing I could not believe was that Internet was a 10 dollar fee per day.

The decoration is surprising. It is a definite Boutique hotel.
You need to ask for a coffee machine.

Great decor and character.
Lack of items on the hotel restaurant menu.

Night staff helpful. Morning staff rude and not helpful.
Gaudy design. Parking cost ridicules.

Hotel looked like a 1960s flower child hotel. Bright red tile and decor. Night staff was very helpful in answering questions. Morning was a different story. Restaurant opens at 7:00 AM on a weekday. We were in the lobby at 6:45 and had to leave. Asked if we could get just a glass of Orange Juice. We were told they open at 7:00 AM and there is nothing available. This despite the fact that the breakfast was set up and the orange juices dispenser was 20 feet away from the front desk when we had this conversation. No sense of customer service at all. ...read more

I'm not the intended target for this hotel.

Offbeat, which I normally like, but stuff was looking a little worn. Furniture, walls were showing wear. Not in crappy condition or anything, but this hotel is more for the younger 20, something crowd, not the 40+ business traveler. Hard to complain with the deal I got. Be aware that the valet parking here is more pricey than other hotels in the area.

The room was huge.
The bar closes early at 10:30.

The hotel is very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. There is little nightlife in the immediate vicinity and the hotel bar closes at 10:30.
