Hotel Guest Reviews of the Rouge, A Kimpton Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(10) | Solo Traveler(14) | Traveling as Couple(29) | Family with Young Children(18) | Family with Teens(15) | Senior Traveler(4) | Group Traveler(6)

Great vacation week at this hotel.
Only two things. The bathroom was much too small and had to join the awards program to get free Internet.

The decor was unique and front desk staff were wonderful.
The bartender was rude and service was terrible in the bar.
Not your typical decor. Really cool, large rooms.

The room was wonderfully roomy and comfortable.
The bar closed down at 10:30 pm.
Great place to stay. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had more than enough space to relax after a long day of touring. On a very quiet street in the middle of a very busy city. Never heard others coming or going.

Friendly staff.
There was a dining/sitting area in the room that smelled of mold and was musty. I had an allergic reaction to it.
Older hotel that was redone. I am glad I got it at half price because it was not worth the price they were charging in my opinion. I guess the big city charges way more for less than the smaller towns we stayed in where the rooms were newer and smelled great and were 1/4 of the price. The bed was very comfortable.
