Good bed.
Made shuttle res. for 7 AM. Had our luggage there at 6:55pm. We arrived at 7:02pm and shuttle was gone. Took a taxi.
Pretty much covered above. Staff was very nice, but not one person could understand/speak English (this is a tourist hotel after all). None of our problems from AC not working to need for boarding passes, horrible wine with none sold by the glass (had plenty of decent wine throughout China. Bellman took our luggage down and then the shuttle left before we arrived at 7:02 (partially due to
very slow elevators. Hotel was booked as airport hotel, when, in fact, it is 25 min. from the airport. Will never stay here again and will pass this to my traveling friends. ...

Very nice room number lighting. And the tub was nice.
Hair in room service food and no WiFi in room.
