Hotel Guest Reviews of the Royal Plaza
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 19, 2013

One of the things we decided on this hotel was the supposed shuttle to the theme parks. Unfortunately it takes forever for the bus to get there, and since the hotel is the bus next to last hotel pick-up, it almost always is full of passengers.

Online it said newly refurbished. I can guarantee that didn't mean our room. It felt very dirty with black mildew in the shower. Very dirty carpet and tile floor. It must have been the lobby that was refurbished.

This hotel was ok. Nothing special, clean enough and has a great location. Since my daughter insists on swimming as much as possible I wanted a hotel with a bar outside but this one was closed. I called the front desk about getting food and drinks outside and they said no. It was fine overall but just nothing that makes me really want to go back.
