I have stayed at many Marriotts throughout the world, both hotels and vacation club villas and the St Kitts Marriott was one of the worse. The staff was extremely nice, but this did not help with the negatives of the place. First, I have never stayed at any hotel where they charge guests for internet. This made it necessary to walk a few blocks to a cafe for free wi-fi. The cleaning staff was wonderful as our room was cleaned each day. This did not carryover to the pool area as it was not very clean. Also, they need to invest in security for all areas. There is no supervision for kids in the pool area. They took over one pool, with their splashing, and spitting in the pool as well as being in the whirlpool with no adults. The St.Kitts staff needs to spend a few days in Aruba and see how those Marriotts are run. Also they need to replace the chairs around the pool. As far as resturants, they were okay, but pricey. ...

Overall, the hotel is great. Nothing is perfect, but the locals did everything possible to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the services they provide.
