Hotel Guest Reviews of the San Antonio Marriott Northwest
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

The Priceline deal made this a wonderful value. The location allowed me to shop, eat, go to a movie, and more, while never having to drive more than ten minutes.

The beds at this hotel are the best I've every slept in for a hotel bed. They have very plush pillow-top mattresses, plush pillows (6 of them on a king bed), feather duvets and nice linens. The rooms are small to medium in size but very cozy and home like. The furniture is decent however the hotel is not as updated as far as modern furniture or flat screen TV's. The only "downsides" you could find were the cable tv was mediocre and you have to pay for WIFI but I wouldn't complain about any of this myself. We were out and about in town so it didn't bother us at all. The staff is AMAZING! They are so accommodating and go out of their way to provide you with anything you need; you just have to ask. They have "Bath and body works" goodies in the room. The staff at the restaurant was super and all about customer service. The breakfast buffet was wonderful; you do have to pay for it but the price is nothing compared to the huge spread. You can get eggs or omelets any way you want, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast bagels, muffins, pastries, cereal, the best fruit and any beverages you want. The room service is very nice too and they have early/late hours to get food to your room. The hotel is located at Loop 410 and I-10 and is easy to get to; it's close to Fiesta Texas and literally next door is a go-cart family fun place. This hotel is a great value price wise and you get way more then you pay for. We are planning our next trip already! ...
