Solo Traveler
amazing service.
The hotel, although from the outside may look inviting as it is sandwiched between a watch shop and clothing store, it is in fact a great place for the price and star rating. My friend and I spent four nights there and we thoroughly were please with the quality of service, the cleanliness of rooms and the food at breakfast. The staff is very helpful and warm and welcoming.

Solo Traveler
10 hours before I was due to leave, my flight to Europe was canceled due to a volcanic eruption. I immediately informed the hotel that I would not be able to use my reservation, but got charged anyway. I will not ever be staying in that Hotel again.

Family Traveling with Teens
The hotel is located right in the main downtown area and only a minute walk to the lake front and close to all the attractions of downtown. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was small but very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
