It is very convenient to be located so close to the historic area of San Diego and at the same time to the Convention Center and the Stadium. However it was not noisy at all.

Business Traveler
There were three things I had issues with. One: mattresses have gotten old. We stayed there as a family. Since there was very little side-support, it made it uncomfortable to lay in bed when more than one person in there. Two: the position of the TV is below the bed. So it is impossible to watch the TV when you are in bed. It needs better design. Three: I am used to getting better pillows at Marriott. However, this was an exception. Definitely, they need better pillows. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Very nice hotel, a little difficult to get to when a Padre game is going on. Expensive valet parking and no self-park for hotel guests. There is a parking structure right next door but sells out fast if there is a Padre game. The gym is very small with only a handful of equipment available. the gym is on the roof, which is also where the roof-top bar is so you have to walk past all the people having fun drinking to get to the gym. ...
