Located across the street from the ocean.
Limited parking spaces up front. Had to park in gravel back lot.

Conveniently located by beach. Motel room clean, but not many amenities. No coffee pot, no continental breakfast. Nothing, just a place to sleep.

Great location - nice view of the ocean - early walk on the beach was a plus.
Limited parking.

Considering that the motel was built probably in the 50's, it was a nice experience for one night. We were in the area to attend a wedding.

It was relatively quiet for the location, and amount of people around.
There isn't really anything I disliked.

The location of this hotel accompanied by the array of restaurants and shopping opportunities is really a great deal. I didn't have to get in my car for anything, everything was within walking distance. The area was also clean, there was hardly any garbage on the streets or the beach.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing.

The staff was extremely helpful & friendly and the hotel is located directly across the street from Short Sands Beach. Downtown York is easily within walking distance. It was a great place to stay for an overnight birthday/foliage viewing weekend.

Rooms were small but clean. No ocean view. Refrigerator and TV were adequate. Great for a short weekend stay..
