We booked a hotel in downtown Naples and got a hotel in fort Meyers an hour away! Priceline was totally unhelpful, no options, no apologies, nothing. Will not be using Priceline again and will tell friends.

Staff was terrific when problems were brought to their attention. View was spectacular.
Surprised by the lack of cleanliness at the hotel. Mold on the shower curtains. Totally missed cleaning our room one day. Missed cleaning the bathroom another day with no clean towels or bath mat.

If you have an issue, see the staff. They are extremely responsive when problems are pointed out.

Great location with great view of Bay as well as causeway to Sanibel Island. Staff was very friendly.
Pool was very cold. Should have been heated to enjoy it. Other than that & having an adding $15/day resort fee & $12 fee to park/day; it was great. Think parking should be free except for valet parking.

Great views of Bay as well as beautiful sunsets & also bridge over to Sanibel Island. Rooms were very clean as well as the whole grounds. Staff very helpful as well as friendly. Would definitely go back again. Maybe next time, no hurricanes to mess with the temp as well as the overcast sky. Still had a very relaxing & enjoyable trip.

Location and view was great. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.
Pools were 3-4 feet deep.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. Entire staff was very knowledgeable about the area and friendly. I would definitely stay their at next opportunity.

It was under construction-wish we had been warned.

Would have been nice if we had been told before hand that they had construction going on.
