Hotel Guest Reviews of the Santiago Marriott Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 4, 2013

Pros: Great staff, nice views, comfy beds. Also very conveniently located near a hypermarket and mall with a wide variety of restaurants. Great park nearby, too! Con (just one): A bit of a trek to the nearest subway station. Park is closed on Monday so one has to make a bit of a detour to access the hotel from the Manquehue metro station. ...

It felt safe walking to and from the Mall, even at night. ...

Great location near Chile's best Mall with many eating areas. Local transportation and tours are also available at the Mall.

Great room, and I'm sure that the renovations will make it a great hotel over-all. I know that I got the room so cheaply because it was being renovated.
