Nothing! Staff was atrocious, hotel wifi was not available as promised, room was awful.
Everything! Staff was atrocious, hotel wifi was not available as promised, room was awful.
This hotel is not as described, and is best described as a dump suitable only to youth hostel-type attendees. Staff was abominable; wifi was only available in lobby, and only intermittently (despite hotel's description of "available in entire hotel); room was a dump; staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful.
