Solo Traveler
I was in Albany for a graduation and needed a last minute place for our group to sleep at night. The person at the front desk as night was rude. After we booked our reservations, I called only for him to tell me that our room wasn't available. The person who took over in the morning was very friendly and helpful and I feel bad for them because the place seems family owned and the older gentlemen at night must be hurting business. I really couldn't recommend this place at all. Terrible experience and all I wanted was a bed.

It was across the street from a cemetery. Their resting accommodations were far more comfortable.

Family Traveling with Teens
I guess I get what I pay for. The room was dirty, the area with the ice machine was really dirty. Cob web on the light. Heater was smokey. I had to leave my shoe on at all times. Bed not comfortable

Business Traveler
I opened the door and turned the air on high. The manager cut the power to the air conditioner until I would shut the door! He said the room couldn't stink. It was a non smoking room! The worst place I have ever stayed in my life!
