Scottish Inns Jacksonville

The hotel will save money but overall not worth it you might as well spend an extra 10.00 and go to another hotel.

To all my peer I wouldn't suggest you to go to the Scottish Inn of Jacksonville. The gentleman who did the intake was kind of rude. The room was not what is advertise online. There was multiple burnt holes in the comforter, tub was peeling and the towels was not clean enough for uses. Also, there was broken lamps and we had to plug in the cable line and tv in order to watch tv. I ask for my money back the same night I went in and the personal said I couldn't get a refund. Upon expecting the room there was a dead cock roach in the bath tub. There were no fitted sheets for the bed, had to argue with hotel staff to get a roll of toilet paper. The continental breakfast is a joke, a .50 honey bun and your of a 1 ounce cup of coffee or OJ. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

The price seem right for low budget trip but the sheets were stained, the public sink was stopped up, the noise level was loud at night, the breakfast was something to laugh at, the location was horrible, and I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay there.

Don't go here ever!

This is not the type of hotel I expected to walk into. I thought priceline checked out all of the places first!

This hotel is owned by same people as Super 8 next to it, but that is the last of the comnparison. One is clean and staff friendly. Scottish Inns was dirty, even when moved to another room, roaches all over, and a/c in poor shape - We stayed only because one of our kids had to check into hospital and we had no time left - when we tried to rectify the situation, they were short and rude and hung up on us, kknowing we stay in area often for hotel stays - UNSATISFIED! 1 star does not have to be unfriendly and unclean! ...read more
