This resort is spectacular! It is right on the beach. For the price that we paid for one night it was def worth it! Me and hubby watch the sunset togethere. The rooms are squeeky clean, all the staff are super helpful and they even upgrade our room to a deck bc our room wasn't ready yet. This place is def a do over!

This is by far the best place to stay in Falmouth, MA. Clean, friendly, beautiful, and close enough to everything you need, but far enough away from downtown so you really feel you're on vacation. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Family Traveling with Young Children
It was not near anything we liked on the Cape. Next time we will return to Yarmouth. More of a variety of restaurants and things to do.

Group Traveler
Although, we went for a weekend getaway to swim with the kids and the pool was out of commission as it was being renovated, they were kind enough to give us a pass to another local hotel to be able to swim in that hotel's pool, loved that it was on the beach and the rooms were spotless!! Will definitely return soon. Pool is suppose to be finished in May of 2012.

nice, clean, friendly staff. steps from silver beach. king size deluxe room had fireplace (Hot Foot building outside of main building), recently renovated rooms, double sinks in bath (no heat in bath made it chilly after showerin on a cool wintery morning). nice bedding, very,very comfortable mattress - decor is beachy themes. Off season rate was a value (probably as renovations were going on) on season a bit pricey but may book a special weekend in advance and save. I will be going back next year. ...
