Family Traveling with Young Children
Was not pleased with service, one person said we could do this and other person said no you guys can't, wasn't sure of who really knew what was going on. Also had to pay for parking paying for room, wasn't enough not very happy with stay, was there five nights, would not recommend for families.

The hotel lobby is beautiful, staff are friendly and very attentive to your needs. Rooms are clean but small but attractively decorated. Each room has a balcony, very nice size with great views even on the city side. Pool area beautiful and has a private beach area all very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked the hotel, the staff and would stay there again. I felt that the breakfast while excellent was pricey and was disappointed that we could not opt for the economical buffet breakfast. The bathroom had plumbing problems though these were attended to very quickly. It was odd to me that one had to pay to lay on a lounge chair ($10.00 per person per day), you would think this would be included in the price of the room. ...

This hotel is on the direct bus route to South beach and for $2 per person it is an ideal way to see the area - the overall price for this hotel is in my opinion too high especially with the added charges and no breakfast included in the price.
