Hotel Guest Reviews of the Seaport Boston Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Family Traveling with Young Children
We stayed at the Seaport Boston for a quick get away with our two young children. The rooms were nice and clean but didn't have the luxury feel of other 4 star hotels that we have stayed at. We had a great view and the hotel is within walking distance to many of the sites we were visiting. The restaurants received some bad reviews online but we were very pleased with both the service and the quality of the food. We did the breakfast buffet both mornings and although it was a bit pricey for breakfast, the food was great and our server, Mario, was fantastic. The concierge was very helpful and went above and beyond. She even arranged for the parking dept. to fill our stroller tires with air. The gym is very nice, the swimming pool was a little cold but overall we were very happy with our stay. ...

Beautiful lobby, very nice room, great exercise facility. Comfy bed, huge bathroom, and the complimentary bath robes and umbrella for use during stay were a nice touch.

Very business oriented hotel with a "green" twist. Expense accounts and the people who go with them. Staff is courteous. Hotel is huge and not well signed.
