We enjoyed our stay at Secrets Inn and the staff was very friendly. The best part of the stay was the large comfortable bed and the large walk in shower. It was a romantic get away from home. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel managers were the best! They met and exceeded every need that we had. The hotel room was beautiful and extremely clean! We had a very relaxing time and the hotel made that possible!

The staff was above and beyond friendly. The room was impeccably clean at check-in. Rooms are very romantic. Maid service was not given daily unless asked for, but his helps them keep costs down in order to keep room rates down. The staff got to know us over the course of our stay and had excellent recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We moved from Secrets to Heavenly Inn after complaining about the knob missing on AC unit. The room at Heavenly was larger, and more comfortable. These two units should be advertised separately because they differ in space while still having a jacuzzi in each room. There are some inconsistencies here as well. Our second room had a remote for DVD, but no player. The binder with information has channel listings for cable that did not match what was on. There was no door tag left in room,"Do not disturb/ please clean room." So we went without maid service the first morning. No tag, no service! Other than that, great staff, free coffee and cookies in lobby, and clean rooms. Don't hesitate to ask advice about activities.
