Friendly, professional service! Rooms and overall resort very clean!
Not applicable because there wasn't one thing that was bad! Not exaggerating either!

All inclusive actually meant that; did not have to "chase" staff for service!
Could not accommodate our group of 8 for dinnet other than 6 or 9 PM.

Definately ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway ( honeymoon, anniversary, etc.) but not for family get-together due to limitations on seating for meals.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was wonderful. Food could be improved, but minor issue.

Beautiful, clean, very friendly staff, good variety of food and beverages. Beach was fabulous! Pool was very nice as were the lounge chairs. The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Loved this vacation!

Staff extermely helpful and friendly. Facilities beautiful.
It would have been nice if the snorkeling trip had been split into two 20 minute segments rather than 1 40 min. segment.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. Friendly staff. Gorgeous white sand beach. What's not to like?

Amazing experience. The Beach is unreal, the staff are some of the friendliest and the rooms and facilities are exceptional.

Amazing beach and overall ambiance.
Food was generally acceptable but some restaurants lacked quality.

High quality and value for the money. A lot of fun with the right mix of sophistication, service and style. Sophisticated but not stuffy. Great overall experience.

Very clean and staff was friendly. Several restaurants to choose from, with wide variety of foods. Entertainment provided for guests each evening. Beautiful grounds.

Amazing beach, great service.
Not all restaurants were good, but most were amazing.

Hotel has a great layout. lots of space at the pool and beach. both were beautiful. very relaxing. service was amazing. food was really good. the staff was exceptional. they went the extra mile to make sure you were happy.

Beds were not great.

We will be going back for sure. Beautiful, clean hotel, great food for an all inclusive. Excellent service & beautiful beach. Can wait to go again next year and bring some friends.
