Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Comfortable bed. Quiet.
$9.95 charge for in-room wireless. Cable TV did not carry NBC Sports Network, so no Stanley Cup playoffs.

Good upscale chain hotel with all the amenities one would expect. Convenient location near Ventura Freeway.

The staff was fatastic ad friendly.
They need more people to work the restaurant for Sunday breakfast. Service was slow. In my opinion it waS because of being under staff. The staff was very friendly and apologetic.

The beds are Amazing ad very comfortable.

The hotel was located very well to the surrounding areas and the freeway. We really enjoyed the outside seating area with the fire pits.
We arwere given a handicapped room on the first floor close to the bar/restaurant. Although the room was nice, the bathroom was short on counter space and a had a very small sink. At night, because of the location to the bar, it did get a little loud.

We really liked the hotel. I would definetly stay there again. They have a nice outdoor area with a pool and fire pits for the cool evenings. A nice gym was on the first floor. There is a small restaurant on premise, although we did not use it. Coffee and tea were offerred complimentary in the mornings, which is always nice. I liked that the room had a safe. Overall, I felt the hotel was a good value for the price. ...read more

Location! Easy on and off the freeway. Trader Joes near by. Quite. Friendly staff. Good value with Priceline.
Beds are too high! Stayed here with older adult that could barely get on and off the bed without assistance. Not safe for elderly. Room was tiny! End of beds were about two feet , if that from the dresser. Over sized beds for size of room. Refridge- warm.

Hotel was a score of a price on PRICELINE. Appreciated the friendly desk staff that was willing to print me out directions to things. Did not use pool, bar area, or restaurant. Parking was very tight and limited. Was uncertain about vehicle safety. Shopping nearby was limited. Spent a beautiful day at Getty Villa in Malibu. Saw a great musical in Thousand Oaks not too far away.

The facility looked brand new, quite upscale, light and modern.
The hotel is perched on a hillside, so parking was stretched out and a little inconvenient. Late in the day it was a little troublesome finding a parking slot.

Really an exceptional value - well, at Priceline pricing anyway. I normally cannot afford this level of lodging, so it was a special treat. It's a minor infraction I suppose, but don't believe the tags on the bottled water in the bedroom and bathroom, stating "Our Compliments;" there is a charge on your account for incidentals if you take water. Legally, they are supposed to state the cost on the bottle tags. There is wifi, but it costs about $10 per day, unless you booked at their high rates. No matter; exellent computers are available for free in the lobby. ...read more

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The only negative was that the room did not have an outside view, but rather looked out onto an adjacent outside blank wall. The location was very convenient, being close to the freeway access.
The room was not made up until 5:00 pm the first day. The second day we requested it be made up by noon, but when we returned at 2:00 pm it was still not done, so we had to make another request and wait for it to be made up.

Do not ask for a room close to the elevator, or perhaps make sure the room has an outside view.
