Clean sheets and large towels. Food was fantastic!
It was over 90 degrees outside and the refrigerator in room was not plugged in! No cold water to drink!
We speak only English and your people behind the desk spoke English very well and understood us.

The location, friendly staff.
Maids did not clean the room as well as other hotels I have stayed in.
Great hotel, staff is really helpful in suggesting sites to visit, dance clubs to go to. Over all a great hotel.

Breakfast not included.
Excellent hotel in a central location, just off the main shopping precinct. The hotel is safe and the staff courteous. I have stayed here many times on business over many years and will continue to do so when in Monterrey.

Conveniently located.
Building structure is too old, it needs to be rebuild.
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.
