Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2012

I paid for two days and left at 7pm on second day. I'd rather drive 5 hours home than spend the second night there.

I really like this hotel a great location. However, I did not like the fact that I had to pay for WiFi and breakfast. I could have stayed in a lower star for cheaper and gotten better amenities. There is also a $22.00 a day fee for parking. Once you add it in you can stay in a better hotel that includes all of these amenities.

For the price I paid ( named my own price ). I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The location is great. Walking distance to a mall and great restaurants.. we even walked the mile to Philips Arena for a concert with no problem. The building is older construction. So the bathroom was small and the ceilings were very low, etc. The outside looks very dingy, but the public areas inside are beautiful. ...

For the price, the Sheraton was a good value; however, the hotel's parking and food were expensive (albeit in line with other area hotels). We tried to check-in early and the woman at the front desk said she would call when our room was ready; however, she never called and we checked in after the normal check-in time ( we were able to leave our bags with the bellman while we waited, which was convenient ). ...

The staff was amazing! very friendly! After staying one night We noticed the rooms next to the pool. We asked if they had any rooms available next to the pool and they went out of their way to make sure we got one.All of this was done while we enjoyed the pool for hours. No standing at the front desk trying to figure anything out. The rooms next to the pool are great...especially with kids! I would love to stay here again. ...
