The staff was amazing.
Both nights we stayed at the Sheraton there were some guests that had a fight in the middle of the night that seemed to last forever.
Great staff! Beautiful property.

Did not like paying for parking. I chose to make other arrangements for my second car. I made several calls to management and customer service prior to my arrival. No one returned my call. Refrigerator was requested three times.
Parking is $22 per day per car for self parking. Absolutely ridiculous!

I liked that the rooms were updated and they had Starbucks coffee in the rooms, but just a warning, the toilet is low... my two year old didn't need help getting on it, and he's short! Also, fridge/microwave combo is FREE! Just ask for it at the desk!
If you park in COVERED PARKING, BEWARE!! It's like walking through a maze to get to the front desk!! We ended up parking in uncovered parking, which was right by the service elevator and took us straight up to our room directly.
Valet is $25 per day (not including tips, unlimited in/out privileges) and the self parking is $22 per day. There's plenty of parking in the garage and more outside. I preferred the outdoor parking.

We stayed here for a long weekend because my son was graduating from Ga Tech. The hotel was great, our rooms had a balcony overlooking the pool atrium. So relaxing and beautiful. The staff were all so helpful and nice! We loved it
Parking was kind of pricey.

The room istself was very simple, but very clean and bed was VERY comfortable.
The Housekeeper was very friendly, but she knocked on my door every twice in 2 hours, starting at 9:00 to see if I need anything... I was just sleeping.
The hotel is 4-star nice. Unless you parking was free (like mines), you may want to pay for Valet. Parking is in a safe Garage but the walk is pretty long to get to your rooms.

Great location.
Leaky sink when we checked in, so the bathroom floor was wet. It was fixed within the hour. Also, the parking was $22 (!) per day.
Great downtown Atlanta hotel in a great location. Just be aware that parking is $22 (!) per day. That makes that great Priceline deal seem a little less great.

THEY HAVE A NICE POOL AND COURTYARD AND IS CONVENIENT TO MOST DOWNTOWN ATTRACTIONS. MARTA STATION ONLY 2 BLOCKS AWAY
ROOMS ARE SMALLER THAN YOUR AVERAGE HOTEL, BUT IT WAS CLEAN.
