It was all about the helpful staff that listened, recognized that I was not complaining for the sake of complaining, knew, moved me into a suite that was beyond my expectations.

Couple
When we arrived initially and went to our room on the 22nd floor we found tooth paste remains on bathroom counter and urine on toilet bowl rim. As I parked our vehicle my fiancé notified the front desk and they promptly reassigned us to a suite room on the 20th floor. That was very gracious of the front desk and everything after the initial disappointment was great.

Wonderful stay! Checked-in quickly, received a great room with a huge bathroom and a great view. Comfortable bed, great TV, great workspace setup. Location is just about perfect (if you orient yourself with a map you'll know).

The room had a spectacular view of Boston and Charles river. Though small,the room had good amenities and very comfy king size bed. As we were upgraded to concierge floor, we got buffet breakfast,and appetizers free, and also use of the lounge on the floor. Liked the location as was in middle of Boston and hotel is attached to mall, so you don't have to go outside to shop. Staff were all very pleasant. ...
