Valet parking was not part of a package rate, and one is not informed until the check out bill.[Compared to Copley Sq.didn't chg for same parking] From 3 PM until 2PM [one night] it was $66.+ tip. Outrageous There is no refrig. or waste basket in RM
Ordinary Breakfast for 3, was $63.+ tip. Service was very nice. Express Checkout Bill was lower than Priceline Charged, However, no adjustments are made for the difference. View from the 24th floor was gorgeous! Convenience to Prudential Center is excellent!

Check-in experience was flawless - front desk agent friendly, helpful, and was able to meet room requests. Also the perfect location in Boston's Back Bay. Steps from beautiful Boylston and Newbury Streets.
Rooms are quite small for a hotel, but if traveling solo or just with one other person, perfect size. A family would not be able to comfortably squeeze into these tight quarters though.

It was overall very nice with many amenities & walking distance to many great locations.
The parking was not disclosed clearly & honestly. They say parking is available but do not indicate that it is $37/night for a parking garage that is not affiliated with hotel or more for valet.
When asking staff about parking procedures, I received 2 different answers. I later found out that had I waited just 12 minutes (after midnight) I could have only been charged $12 (instead of $37) for the night. A well-trained staff should know this information to best serve the guest. Also, the rooms are EXTREMELY small for 2 people. My daughter & I were tripping over each other. Perhaps that is what is meant by a "sweet". ...

The room was beautiful and quiet.
The only issue was parking. I chose to self-park, and the only option is the public garage. No guarantee of a space near the hotel, and the garage offers poor directional signage.
Use the valet parking - otherwise you're on your own in a monstrous underground parking garage. Otherwise, this hotel was wonderful.
