Couple
This hotel is so clean and nice! The lobby is very nicely decorated, warm and inviting! The staff was wonderful and very nice. Our bed slept wonderfully, we both didn't toss or turn all night! It was very comfortable and clean! Water pressure was adequate and the bathroom was very open and clean! We really loved our stay in the hotel and were very comfortable and relaxed during our stay! If we are every in the Charlotte area again we will be staying here again! ...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was neat and clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds and pillows were fantastic, the linens were fluffy - my only complaint (and this is with every hotel I've stayed in for the last several years) is why put a sign out that says "hang your towels up and save water" I ALWAYS hang my towels when I'm staying more than one night and they are ALWAYS replaced with fresh anyway. The food at the restaurant is quite good and the drive into downtown is super quick if you're looking for more variety. Overall great hotel and I highly recommend. ...

Although non-smoking room, hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. Hot tub not working. Should not charge for wi-fi.

if you have children there are no pay per view movies, and apparently if you get a room thru priceline your not entitled to a free breakfast you have to pay
