The beds were very comfortable. Very nice room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent.
I wanted a hotel further north on Michigan Avenue and got this one, but that's about location, not the hotel. There is nothing I disliked.
For the price I paid it was an excellent hotel, modern, with a steakhouse restaurant. Close to Navy Pier and attractions. Short cab ride to other restaurants.

Bathroom was small, no light switch for room lights only one for hall light, TV small for room size.
Service was very good and friendly, room size was excellent as was bed size and comfort.

Concierge was not accurate in some info regarding which buses to take to area attractions.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
They charge for items moved from the fridge or snack tray. They don't verify that you consumed the items.
The hotel was nice for a downtown hotel. The beds were great, but the room could have been cleaner. The night stand was very dusty where travel books were stored. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
