Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Dallas Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 16, 2013

Not sure I would stay in this hotel again, even on an express deal. Priceline said there was complimentary breakfast, there was not. Breakfast was $22 a person and not much better than a Hampton Inn breakfast. Staff at front desk was kind of snippy. No microwave in the room, no common area to use a microwave... Hotel wanted $20 to bring one to the room. Room was comfortable, however towels were ratty and unraveling. Stains on the bathtub floor... Looked old. Wallpaper was coming off the walls. The pool/ cabana area was nice, but of you wanted drinks brought up from the bar, you had to hold on the phone at the pool for a good 5-10 minutes for someone to take the order... Then had to go down to the bar to get it. Just expected more for the price and location. ...

Front desk staff is great! We love the rooms and the staff is wonderful. Just becareful with the valet I would recommend self parking. Valet is horrible they tend to loss your keys and forget where they park your car. They need to really look at their valet services.

We dont visit Dallas very often - and when we do it is usually for a special occasion... Considering that we were there for 4 days and were able to see quite a bit of the Dallas area, slept well, and got some much needed R and R - we would rate it a 7 out of 10... If given the opportunity, we would likely stay there again...

The Sheraton is an excellent hotel to book. My husband and I were there to run in the Rock N Roll half as well as to visit family. The location to the start line and the convention center is less than a mile. The DART system for easy travel throughout the city and to the convention center for an early morning race start time is literally right outside of the the Sheraton. Staff at the Sheraton was very helpful with all questions we had. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. Our view from the 32nd floor of the city was awesome. We had a rental car and chose not to use the valet but used the parking garage. It is a great way to save a few dollars and easy access as you can cross over to the garage from the second floor without having to go outside. We had access to our vehicle without waiting for the valet to bring our car to us. Would stay at the Sheraton again. ...

We love to stay in the downtown area a couple of times a year and we normally use priceline. We always get a different hotel and they've always been great. This hotel was in an excellent location, within walking distance to loads of restaurants and parks. The hotel parking was expensive but there are 2 public parking areas for $5 a day that ajoin the complex! We will definetly go back to this hotel in the future ...

The overall stay was ok. The toilet situation was very annoying, you almost didn't want to have to go to the restroom because of the loud noise. The faucet jiggled when you turned it on. And the best part is we were told we were in the most rennovated section. But the second room we got was clean and well kept. I would have liked it if it had a refrigerator inside. The ice bucket was really small and didn't hold enough ice and the bottle of champaine. ...
