Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff was nice. Location good. Public areas nice.
Cleanliness of room was far from acceptable.

Arrived and found a bug in the bed. Then found a second, called Guest Services was placed on hold and diconnected, twice. Meanwhile, determined they were not bed bugs via google. It was late and already dressed for bed. Turned sheets down, found stains on both sides of the bed and under the pillow. Managed to make it through the night since I could not get someone to answer the Guest Service Line. Excited to have new sheets second night; unfortunately, sheets were not changed. The GO GREEN card was not placed on the bed for us to see when we arrived and therefore we did not place it on the bed, notifying the maid to change the sheets. I did find it on the nighstand the following night. Urine at toilet base and behind hinges. Shower dial kept falling off when showering. Only 2 bath towels were left per night. Left new towels second night, but left the ones I had on the floor. Room keys were not programmed for parking garage. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to reprogram. The hotel was very busy, one hour wait to check in. Since we were only in our room for about 7 hrs. each night and I was not unable to get anyone to answer the phone; as well as, the long lines in the lobby (with us on a tight schedule), I was unable to make a formal complaint. Very unsatisfied. ...read more

The location was pretty good.
I added a night and there was a lot of confusion as they tried to make me check out and check in although. "Linking" my reservations was addressed 6 times including 2 nights prior to checkin.

Location for the Dallas Convention Center.
Everything - parking; hotel staff did not answer the phone; food was not great and cold meats in the dinner buffet; beds were extremely hard and could not sleep; a/c did not get cold; overall this was a two star hotel - not a four star!!!

The only part of this hotel that was good was the location to the Dallas Convention Center because of my daughter's cheer competition. Everything else was poor about the hotel as I explained above. This is a two star hotel at best.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.
Parking was a hassle. Room card was not activated upon registration for parking garage which caused problems when leaving the garage. Check-in wait was ridiculously long. Room too small - too much furniture. Bathroom disfunctionally small.

Helpful staff, in a Great Location..
"NO FREE PARKING"..Those are details that I should have been made aware of when Booking. $21.00 to self- park over nite(per day),is Extreme..Me and my Husband payed $42.00 to Self park in addition to our booking rates. That alone negates the special price

The"PARKING FEES" at The Sheraton Hotel are EXTREME. $21.00 to self-park overnite(per day). Those are details that I should have been made aware of when Booking. Me and my Husband payed $42.00 to Self park for 2 nites, That alone negates the special price rates we received upon booking. I expected more from a 4-star hotel, the Room was basic. However, the location of the hotel was great.. ...read more

The room was OK. The staff was the problem and the service.
I wish i knew how much is cost to park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cost of the hotel was a plus. The hotel staff was not. When we first got there we had to wait 15 minutes to talk to the concierge because she was to busy flirting with 2 guys and telling them which club they should go to. We had to wait 30 minutes to get a cloths rack and 30 more minutes for them to bring it to the room. The day we left we had to wait 35 minutes for a cloths rack to be brought up to our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! ...read more

Great locatiOn and star level
requested a Double room and was told that is what was reserved. However, upon check in, they only had a king room. Not enjoyable for a family of 5. Also, after we booked, we planned activities according to website. It stated a rooftop

Great hotel, staff not I dry concerned with satisfaction...we were told possibly because if the "avenue" with which we booked
