The rooms were spacious and the bed were very comfortable.
Just that it was so crowded:)
This hotel is wonderful because it is right next to the ra service that will get you anywhere downtown that you need to be.

Staff was extremely rude and belligerent and unhelpful. Didn't follow though with what we were told at check in.

There should have been a refrigerator in the room. The vending machines were all broken and there was no way to get a cold drink once everything closed
Great rooms... Only downfall was the vending machine were all broke on our side of the hotel and we couldn't get anything to drink

The hotel looked very nice.
The staff thought my room was vacant and gave a new guest keys to my room at 1:30 AM. Luckily, I had the doors locked from the inside, but it was very scary. I did not feel safe afterwards. The check-in process/Exiting the parking garage was very long.
My experience at this hotel was NOT a 4-star experience. You do not give out keys to a room that has guests in it, especially at 1:30 am!

Great service and awesome views of Dallas! Had a huge workout area.
The pool was closed?
This hotel was awesome! The staff went out of their way to help all the guests. The room was big and had an awesome view of Dallas. It is VERY convenient to DART and walking distance from Deep Ellum and restaurants. If you enjoy working out, this hotel also had a HuGE workout area that other hotels should be envious of. The only sad thing was the heated rooftop pool was closed.
