Loved my stay, The rooms were nice, beds were very comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful. Teh lobby bar was a nice place to hand out and relax.

very friendly staff, easy shuttle ride to the airport, decent hotel food.
Obtained a great deal via Priceline and enjoyed my stay here. extremely friendly staff eager to accommodate and made a long days traveling finish on a high note with extremely comfortable bed and spacious clean room.

One of the hotel managers gave us a room anyway after the staff claimed they overbooked the rooms and we had to leave.
Upon arrival they tried to move us to a different Sheraton because of overbooking. How does that happen.

It was beautiful.
The Internet was not working in the rooms the entire stay and the first night we had no air conditioning in our room they had to move us.
Other than looks I was not impressed The wifi was not working our entire stay.I needed to get some work done. The other issue we had was no air conditioning in our room the first night and the did move us the next day. They did not seem to care about the wifi problem...it was well that is the way it is nothing we can do about it we were disappointed with the attitude

The service was great.
Nothing.
The hotel was great the only issue was that the Internet went out, but the IT support people worked tirelessly to fix the problem.

The bed was very nice.
No microwave inside the room.
The hotel is very nice love the rooms and bed all it's missing is a microwave and a refrigerator.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Our first night there the hot tub was not hot, in fact, the pool was warmer. Also there was a big spider in our towels in the room.
