The bar is a is a bit dingy and shabby needs update. We have stayed at this property many times in the last year and the hotel does not sparkle clean like it used to. Dirty room grimy sticky bath floor items all over room floor from past guest
Pro - location shuttle and comfy beds Con- hotel is on the edge of losing star rating if they don't do some upgrade and keep it cleaner especially bathroom Ruby Tues across street. Very good food option you can walk to it

The staff was polite beginning at the desk to the operator who had to contact the front desk for me to get my room changed. The shower has the best nozel I have felt since Trump Plaza Center Park NY!
It did not meet a 3.5 stand to me or fulfill the Sheraton brand name in some characteristics. Appearance was updated and nice in the lobby, however the rooms still need some upgrading with rugs and funiture.
There is a large fee for parking. A housekeeper was talking on her cell phone while cleaning a room. I stepped into a large wet area on my carpet and had to change rooms. The TV had a bad connection/static when not on an HD station. There was a doritos crumb on the floor the following day which was not present the day before (I was the only 1 in my room and ate none). Small hairs on floor, towels, shower/bath area. Toilet seat needs to be changed. Chipped up and I used toilet paper to cover it the whole time. This hotel did not meet the standards of a 3.5 rating to me. ...
