Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles

Unfriendly staff, rooms too small parking inconvenient. Was not worth paying.

The Sheraton Gateway LAX is a beautiful contemporary hotel conveniently located near the LA airport and beach cities. It offers a variety of quality restaurants and bars. I would stay there again for business or leisure travel.

This hotel and the Radisson we stayed at both treated us like second class citizens.

Well decorated common area,bar area small and limited seating,stayed on non smoking floor, but awoke to smoke filled hallway, no refrigerator/ microwaves made avail. Self parking $12 around back of hotel and valet over $20.

The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated and furnished. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to customer needs and requests. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable beds! I think the sheets were changed daily. 2-3 men met you at the valet to assist. I had absolutely no complaints. This hotel met and exceeded my expectations.

This is a very good hotel on many levels. Most notably, its personnel are excellent. It is walking distance from LAX, which is a reason that makes it special for my needs. My biggest and only disappointment was their use of cheap plastic cups in the room instead of glassware... common, it's a quality hotel, they need to upgrade that one element.
