The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and eager to make recommendations and give me directions on the map they provided.
No the hotel was lovely and a bargain.

The hotel is a lovely place in the middle of the old part. It's easy to get around from to the various attractions. The staff is friendly and eager to talk to guests. The concierge went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. The room was large, well appointed and very clean.

Rooms are spacious, location is convenient

Had a very comfortable stay here though I did not get a chance to try the spa. My main quibble is with the star rating- it's not as luxe as I would expect for a 5-star hotel (it is a Sheraton after all). It's more like top end of 4-star. Room was nice, new, and had a fantastic bed. Lighting was a bit weird but not bad. Staff were generally courteous and very happy to offer suggestions. I especially appreciated that they were able to check me in early (11:30am) and out late (3pm) on a weekend with no problems. ...read more

Staff were very helpful and allowed my wife to check-in although I wasn't there with the credit card.
The room was not cleaned until 4 PM.

Great view of the castle from the front facing rooms although there is a bit of traffic noise from emergency vehicles. The internet in the lobby was free and had a large screen. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the price.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with everything from directions to printing boarding passes.

there was no negative.

The hotel is nicely appointed and you feel good from arrival to departure. The room is very relaxing and romantic with all the mood lightly etc. The food and the staff were great.
