The staff was great , helpful and friendly . The one bad thing was they didn't have a store in the lobby .

The staff was super friendly

The location is within walking distance to attractions. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. We ordered room service and the guy who delivered our food was polite and respectful. Everyone was always eager to help. The only con I could possibly think of is parking. Save some money and use the garage across the street.

Very friendly staff, pretty convenient location to walk to riverwalk, room was comfortable, hotel was very clean overall in room and lobby and hallways/elevators.
shower was a bit outdated...signage to locate hotel was not very visible we passed it twice driving...other than that the experience was perfect.

xxx less than LaQuinta which was 1 mile further away...very great experience!

The hotel staff was very friendly and I received superb customer service. Excellent room with the best sleep I have had in any Hotel.
Self parking and wifi was not complementary with the booking of the hotel. Valet parking was more so then I have heard from other hotels.
Location, closes to all attractions and shops, room and staff was excellent.

Everything was great!
Quick walk to most places all around down town and the river walk. Only about a 10 minute walk to the Alamo Dome. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. The valets were very friendly as well as all the other staff. Pretty quiet for a hotel.

The restoration of this hotel is beautiful! The staff is friendly and professional. I felt like I'd been transported into a high class hotel of the past.

Great Location.
Was not able to request I wanted! Asked for a king bed or two beds, but only got a full size bed because it was checked out by a third party!
