The cost of the parking and the cost of resort fee that were not included in the cost of the room, and not explained before we the room. I feel this was wrong and I had to spend more than I had budgeted. If I had known, I would have booked differently.

Very nice hotel.
They charged us a $19 resort fee which was not told to us when we booked the Hotel. This should NOT be allowed.

The hotel was very nice. We got in just before midnight and left befor 11:00 am the very next day. We did not any of the RESORT facilities that we were charged for nor did we ever intend to. Not good!

Near to downtown Disney. The exterior and interior of the hotel was good.
Resort fee of $18 is added on top your priceline price. Some of the public spaces in the hotel were really bad and make this place not a 4 star but a 3 star

The pool area was nice and the food was good. Room had a great desk area.
The exterior of the hotel is VERY VERY dated.

Thought the hotel was ok. Definitely do not think it is a 4 Star Hotel though.

Staff Friendly and even though there was a resort fee, parking, bottled water, and in-room wi-fi was included.
The quick service area was congested in the morning. We waited quite a while to be served and were only 3rd in line.

Overall a great experience. Pools were very nice and definitely great value for the price paid and I would stay there again.

I liked that all the rooms had balconies. It was nice to sit out there with our coffee in the morning. The pool area is nice with plenty of lounge chairs and the bar at the pool had the yummiest frozen cocktails. The Funky Monkey is a must.
A little run down and definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was an overall good experience, once we settled in. We had a lot of trouble with our keys constantly being deactivated. The first night we had to be moved into another room around 2am because of what sounded like a mouse in the wall. The staff however was very polite and quick to accommodate us. We had a pool view room on the 6th floor of building 3. It was a nice, clean room and floor. However we got off accidentally on another floor and thanked our stars that we were on 6. Not all floors/buildings are created equal. We were able to enjoy the pool on our last day due to a complimentary late check out. The pool bar was great. I don't have many complaints about this place considering what we paid for it. It was close to Disney and it really did have everything we needed. But I agree with most that this is NOT a 4 star hotel. I have bid in this same category before and have stayed at the Grand Cypress and Gaylord Palms. I would never put this hotel in the same category. Not even remotely close. It honestly makes me hesitant to use the biding option in the future. But if you stay here, don't be hesitant. Did not like anything. It was never a 4 star resort! It was priced
xxx per night on the Sheraton site and Priceline charged me
xxx plus resort fee of $16.99 per night. Buildings were separate from lobby. Mini, dirty elevators, AC broke.
Separated buildings not connected to lobby. Small elevators. Security entrance doors unlocked. NEVER A 4 STARS HOTEL!

Service was good. Resort charges per day $16.99 (doesn't look like a resort) old hotel. Small and dirty elevators. Broken and loud AC . Comfortable beds and pillows. Would never pay more than
xxx for that hotel. They called a RESORT"I don't know why!

Excellent staff. Very helpful and accommodating.
The drapery didn't provide a dark room in the morning.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The service was excellent, the grounds were kept, clean and accessible. The pool area with a variety of options.
