The hotel is centrally located, right in the middle of downtown, which allow guests easy access to the city. My room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with a tremendous bathroom.
I didn't like the fact that guests had to pay for internet access in the rooms.

The bar/restaurant on the top offers a unique view over Lisbon. Just this would be a good reason to stay at this hotel.
There is a cost for using the pool and sauna of 12 ¿ per day. Many other hotels offer these amenities for free...

This hotel is really something special. Everythink clean, up to date and luxurios. The bathroom has such a great design, you would like to stay there all day long... It's just some steps to the Metro station Picoas. With the Metro you can travel all Lisbon for only 6 ¿ - 24h ticket.

Good hotel for business, not quite as good for tourists.
Rooms a bit too trendy for us. Don't like taking a shower behind a glass wall next to the bed.

Internet in lobby. Crazy expensive to use in your room.

The bathroom was very nice
The internet did not always work and the breakfast was too expensive

I would recommend this hotel, the concierge was very knowledgable and every restaurant they recommended was excellent. I asked for suggestions on where to go during the day and each location was interesting. The bathroom was well appointed and modern.

We didn't find the concierge friendly or helpful. He appeared to send everyone to pre-determined restaurants; no matter what!

Fantastic hotel with all the amenities - excellent value. Would stay again!

Lovely housekeeping staff, very helpful and efficient.
I did not like to have to pay to use the pool.

Sheraton Lisboa is located near shopping, restaurants, metro stops, etc, but away from the main city and most tourist attractions.

Beautiful decor in the Rome, great views and friendly staff.
If you are wanting a location close to the old town, this hotel is a bit of a walk to old town.
