Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Mahwah
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 5, 2013

Wasn't there long enough to give a meaningful review.

Nice clean rooms with very comfotable beds! Helpful staff. The indoor pool and gym were much appreciated after a long drive. Considering most hotels have free wifi, its surprising to have to pay 15$ . A bit out of the way for dining and shopping but overall it's what you would expect from a Sheraton.

hotel has a great location and great staff. bathrooms could be better cleaned and linens could be updated. as this is an airport hotel, lots of use so overhall is required more often.

Great place to stay. Staff was truly wonderful--the room service waiter even brought my son a berry dessert, free of charge. Really nice people. And the room was awesome.

The hotel is in a nice area, there are plently of places to eat and it is very close to Bear Mountain. The hotel rooms are small for a 3 1/2 star hotel. The hotel details listed on Priceline are not accurate. There is no microwave or mini fridge in the room. The decor in the room is average and not very impressive. The lobby, bar, and rec areas are very nice. They will also allow you to check out at 1pm with no additional fee. This is the most I have spent on a hotel in the last 6 months and I regret it, I 've had more bang for my buck at 2 star hotels. Also, keep in mind that Wifi is not free in your room. ...

The hotel is great. Its in a secluded area, so very quiet and easy to get to. Don't go there planning on going out every night to eat or entertainment. Once you are on the property, you're there. For a nice quiet hotel to get work done or just relax, its the perfect place. If you are looking for a hotel with a bunch of excitement and things to do, look elsewhere.
