Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel And Towers
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Great location, large rooms, great staff. The taxi service at the hotel was also extremely attentive. The overall customer service was outstanding.

Great location and very helpful staff. An older property that needs a little touch up, but still many great amenities. Very safe location and attentive staff.

It's a good hotel. Although the room is a little bit old, the overall hardware reaches the 4 star level. However, I don't think the service reaches the general Sheraton level. The receptionist is ok, but not the doorman.

As good as it's brand. Very good location. Have to pay for internet, breadfast etc as a standard 4 star hotel.

Excelent location, amazing price... watch your extras. For Internet, go down to the Starbucks located next to the cafeteria.

I liked the location of this hotel. It is next to the US Embassy, on Paseo de la Reforma. The Turibus stops in front of the hotel. Metro is a bit of a walk. I walked to Centro and Chapultepec park, but its a long walk. There are restaurants and nightlife across the way in Zona Rosa. there is a Sanborns next door for general merchandise. Sanborns has a good restaurant and bakery. For other shopping, Mercado Insurgents is in Zona Rosa and an American style mall, Reforma 222 is a few blocks away. Mexico City is a big spread out city, either learn to use the subway or consider Turibus. Walking is the best way to see the city, but you may get tired. I never felt unsafe walking around the city or on the subway, but still be smart about your surroundings. The hotel has a nice bar with live Latin music, its definitely worth visiting. The hotel set up a tour for me to go to Teotihuacan, it was more convenient and cost less that the Turibus option. It was a good tour because they took you right to where you needed to be, I didn't have to figure out all the logistics myself. In the end, enjoyed Mexico City and enjoyed this hotel. ...
