Ocean front room was fantastic. We had a late flight out of Maui but were allowed to use the facilities including the exercise room showers until we had to leave for the airport. Essentially had an additional day of resort use without additional cost. Great beach!

disappointed with unkindness of staffs in Sheraton.
Hotel facilities look very nice. But some hotel staffs never have kindness to someone who are not good at English.

We really liked the location. The grounds were nice and well maintained. All of the people, especially the maids, were extremely friendly, efficient and nice. I've never had better ones. The room was everything that i expected and more.
