Hotel was exactly what was needed. Close to airport, rooms were very nice and public spaces were well thought out. Definitely would stay here again

Business Traveler
Great business hotel with several on site amenities that do not require you to even leave the property. However, if you do leave you have the same great access to food and restaurants as you do in the french quarter. Very nice hotel!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very close to the airport, and the rooms were extremely clean. We stayed at the W in downtown New Orleans the night before, and we thought this hotel was actually much cleaner and the rooms were nicer.

Family Traveling with Teens
This hotel is about 7 miles from the French Qtr and although there is nothing inherently wrong with the hotel I think it is grossly overpriced for what you get. If you like Sheraton hotels, this one is not much different. I believe there are much better values in this and other areas of New Orleans closer to French Qtr and downtown.

The hotel was not ready for 3pm check in. While I understand that happens sometimes, the front desk could provide no alternative solution, besides for us to wait the indefinite amount of time. When they did have rooms finally, the 10 people who came in all together, but afterward were given rooms before us. The hotel told me "we do apologize" but did not offer us any other comps, courtesies, etc. Part of the reason, I picked this hotel was because they had a free airport shuttle. ...

A pair of male shoes left for 3 days behind the customer service desk. Very messy and dirty hotel! First impression!

I would highly recommend staying here! The staff went out of thier way to be helpful. It was very clean and halls were quiet at night.great parking!
