I like that the Hotel is close to Sourt beach
They charge $15 dollars a day for parking, the breakfast is a buffet and there was a water bug outside my room door dead waiting to say good morning to me Miami nights get cold and there was no heat in the hotel it was broken

The valet guys were very helpful. The view from our room was great.
The first room we got checked into was a mess. They had to put us in a different room. No housekeeping for entire stay even though we called and requested someone to clean our room several times.

The breakfast was a hot buffet. Great service, super comfy beds. Love the magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
I was told before booking that parking was $9/ night. When i got there i was told it is $15/ night for valet or self parking. Also i was not told they would require a $50hot deposit. I would have likex to have known this before going.
simple yet elegant hotel. If your going to MIA airport, this hotel is perfect. The breakfast is great, the front desk was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here

Discription of room was misleading
I asked for 3 adults - suite2 beds with sleeper. Priceline was misleading and the discription was misleading. Very disappointing.

The hotel is clean, safe, and efficient. It is located directly on the Miami Airport property, with free shuttle service. It also offers, for a $10 fee, a transfer on Saturdays to the Miami cruise terminal. The staff and food were above average.
This hotel is best for those who need to rest after traveling and before another departure,i.e. cruise. Although it is on the airport property, it was not too noisy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Room service was delicious. I used the transfer to the cruise terminal, as did MANY other guests, and although it was a bit busy and confusing for a novice, we were all accomodated. ...

The staff was the best thing about this hotel. They all tried to make it the best experience they could.....especially Chef Frank.
The hotel is located right at the airport. A free shuttle takes you to the door. Transportation to anywhere in Miami is right across the street. It's easy to get around without a car. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is not staying right on the beach.

The front desk manager and the bellman were very nice and helpful. However my encounter with one of the housekeeping staff was unpleasant. Not to mention the power went out for a short while. My sister and I just walked pat the transformer before it blew.
Location, nothing within walking distance (like a store). The shuttle bus charge for any and everything.
For me nothing great about location. However if you just want to sleep, good place to stay. Bed was comfortable.

I don't know because I was told the hotel was overbooked and I was sent to Hilton garden Inn instead. Then the sheraton staff gave me wrong address for Hilton, it took me one hour to find the hotel that is only 5 miles away.
